Our founder, Penny Vaughan, is an experienced registered nurse in Primary Care and former childbirth educator. She is compassionate and dedicated to helping you reclaim your calm amidst life's storms. Havening Techniques® create new neural pathways in the brain to help reduce distressing symptoms related to negative memories and experiences. This is through the use of specific soothing touch along with knowledge of how the brain encodes trauma through electro-chemical changes.
